Some weeks it's gigs, gigs gigs, radio plays, interviews, new connections, new shows, awards....!

Other weeks it's get over the flu, try to survive your own chaos and wonder where on earth the week actually went?!

The highlight though - working with producer (husband!) Joseph Keys on some epic new songs for the new album!

There are at least 12 tracks and I'm falling in love with every single one one of them.

They've already got their own character and mood, and I'm pouring my heart and soul into the lyrics like never before.

This is the bit no one sees happen in a 3 minute song. It's take a small village and a lot of blood sweat and tears but I'm loving every second ❤️❤️❤️

And also very much looking forward to my first writers round, 15th Nov at The Bedford, London. Feel so honoured to be in a line up of so many incredible artists 🙏🏻

This song has litterally been trying to break my brain. It's how it goes sometimes. You KNOW what you want it to sound like and it takes time to get there. But it's getting there 😍

And that’s all you’re getting for now 😂🤫

Look out for 'Take it Slow' on the new album landing next year🤟

Question: What songs should we do at the writers round? (Acoustic edition!) 🎶

I'm planning to play a new one from the new album called 'Lost'. When @jon_jhmusic brought me the most beautiful piano piece, I really wanted to write something special.

The event is in aid of Dementia UK and is an event close to my heart. It'll be a year in December since I lost my wonderful Mom. ❤️

I wrote Lost about my parents, watching them go through this, and what I learned about unconditional love. I can't wait to play it for the first time in November.

But I need to choose two more songs...

Well… hello again #2 😆🤟

Those Were The Days is back at #2 on @burtonradiochartshow !!
And 54 weeks on the chart?! 😵

Honestly, I'll never get used to seeing one of my songs in a chart ❤️ it still means the world!

✨ VERY excited to have been invited by @voice.ofawoman to be part of "Live in the Living Room Gives Back" this November.

What an incredible line-up — I feel genuinely honoured to be included alongside so many amazing artists, all coming together to raise money for Dementia UK.

This one is especially close to my heart. I lost my amazing mom to dementia last December, so being able to support means so much to me and makes this event even more special.

If you're free on 15th November, come down to The Bedford in London, we'd love to see you!

Yesterday DEFINITELY needs an 'about yesterday...' post. ❤️🥹

The UK Country Music Awards! 🏆

Brave was nominated for the Song Award, we were invited to play, and we had the absolute honour of opening the show. 🙏🏻

Although we didn't win the award, the whole evening was incredible.

So much talent in one room. New friends made. A special place to share my songs. And so many kind, supportive comments after we played.

Thank you to everyone who listened. It means the world. ❤️

Thank you for having us @ukcountryradio, and for giving Brave such a special place on that stage. 🙏🏻

And a massive thank you to my awesome band guys for being with me. It's always such fun! 😆❤️

My awesome review from @anrfactory for Brave ❤️

We're approaching UK Country Music Awards week, and I'm feeling terrified, excited and incredibly honoured to be a part of it all at the same time 🥹

This song means so much to me. It represents a point in my life when things got really tough, but also a point in my music life when I decided I wasn't messing about anymore.
I'd waited far too long, and I finally found the courage to put my heart and soul out into the world.

I literally became BRAVE 🙏🏻❤️

I want to thank everyone who's listened to my music, and especially everyone who's listened to BRAVE. It means more than you know, and I'm so glad you're coming with me on this journey.

Let's go do this. 🥹🤘🏻
