POSTS STORIES REELS

Do you know that feeling when you travel somewhere and it feels like you’ve known it forever? That’s what happens everytime I visit Vietnam. The heaviness from leaving the Motherland remains but going through the footage and creating is the best way I’m moving through it (even though I had to pause several times bc I couldn’t stop crying) 😭

Created this video for @artofloving mentorship coven (a space I’ve been journeying with witches who inspire me to be more bold, honest, and daring) ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

We were asked to create a ritual inspired by our Black Moon Lilith placement.

Mine is in Aries in the 12th house which is the placement of the black sheep, the one who learned early that love meant self-sacrifice. And because it lives in the 12th, solitude is my comfort. I’m fluent in shadow work and could disappear into my inner world for days.

But the real practice? Learning to hold both: my craving for solitude AND my need for connection, to be seen, to be witnessed, and to give from a full heart

Sounds so simple, but its the lesson I keep coming back to 😮‍💨

When I wasn’t sure how to express my Lilith, I listened to @unbridledvoice album and something cracked open. The visuals, the words, the movements my body was making, touched me so deep, I couldn’t UNSEE the vision I had for this project.

I couldn’t have done this without my love who filmed the entire thing!! @youngtourist I know this isn’t your comfort zone, but your support in me and my weird a$$ visions means so much. This memory of us creating and laughing with sush 🐱 will forever be etched in my heart by @angiektran

PLAYAS workshop! 🤪💖

Hey playa playa! Yes you. The one who has a big heart, a sensitive soul, that feels too much - this one’s for YOU.

We noticed that our healing journey can sometimes feel a little too serious. And there is def a time and place to lock TF in and do the work, but let us be the reminder that your healing journey doesn’t have to be so serious.

What if it could be playful?

We could EXAGGERATE the story. Bring on the DRAMA. The RAWR. Make our rage ridiculous. Let your body tell the story instead of your mind trying to perfect it.

And not because we’re “pretending” everything is okay. We believe that joy, absurdity, and play are just as alchemizing as tears.

Join us on << SUN, NOV 22 • 3:00–4:30 PM >> for a space to do just that.

Imagine this like a playground for our inner children. It might feel a little scary (first day at school energy), but we’ll lovingly ease ourselves into a playful mood through movement and collective play. There will be guidance, but we invite you to move at the pace that feels good for you. Bc we need you in your FULLNESS, honey ❤️

A trauma smoothie bowl from us to yous. Because how can we expect you to be vulnerable with us if we don’t go first?! If you couldn’t tell (😅) we’re F A R from being self-actualized humans who have everything figured out. In a fast, loud world, we’re in constant practice of slowing down to hear our inner truths. It sometimes gets messy! And then it gets better and then messy again. No such thing as perfect on this side friends 🌀

But this season, we’re being asked to notice:

-Where we’ve abandoned our own pace
-Where we’ve been chasing instead of tending
-Where we’ve held onto things that no longer fit

That’s what our workshop EMBERS is about. It’s a space where we can slow down so we can actually sense our inner worlds. We’ll practice through movement, art-making, and community sharing.

Come sit by the fire with us on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD from 11am-2pm 🫶 DM Angie/Rhea to join!

Wishing all women get to feel what it’s like to be celebrated especially when they’re embodying their playful, sensual selves.

This was a spontaneous one but I’m dreaming of co-creating spaces where we can be in our bodies and remember the baddies we are. See you at the next one?!?! 💦💋

Ty @mscleopatra28 for your direction, your hype, and filming 💓 @valerielim._ for getting us together by @angiektran

❣️NEW DATE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 from 11am-2pm

Hey friends! We had a check-in with eachother and felt that the days in September are still long and it feels like summer. So instead of forcing the timing, it felt right to postpone our gathering.

Our fall equinox gathering will now take place on SAT, OCT 3 when the season has had a little more time to settle in. It honestly feels like the perfect way to practice what this workshop is all about.

What this workshop is about: as much as we’ve loooooved summering, autumn is inviting us to slow down and turn inwards. And maybe theres a part of you that’s holding on to relationships, an identity, to certainty or maybe just the pace of summer. Whatever you’re carrying, it’s welcome in this space. EMBER is a 3-hour gathering where we’ll explore somatic movement, art making and community sharing. No experience needed. Just bring your curious selves 💓

DM Rhea/Angie to join. Wed love to spend this season with you! by @angiektran

But fr though, as much as we have loooved summering, our bodies are shifting us to move slower, go inwards, and conserve our energy.

And in order to do that, we’re gonna need some courage to loosen our grip, let a season end, sit with uncertainty, and maybe face some of the parts of ourselves we’d rather run away from. But we don’t have to do it alone.

This fall equinox, were gathering in community to slow down, move, make art and explore what it means to transition into a new season together.

Join us SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 from 11AM-2PM for a free-flow movement & art making gathering (all supplies included)

We’d love to have you there! DM Angie or Rhea to join 🧡🫶 by @angiektran

To be a sensual living being moving through the world who craves dressing up just as deeply as she craves being jellow-ey at home with her cat & always with a strong lust for life and an invincible melancholy 🌬️🌱 🌪️ ❤️‍🔥 by @angiektran

Created this video for one of my grad classes bc the only way I can get through dry material is by turning it into something I can feel and create 🫠

This one is about metacognition (the mind’s mirror) which is the practice of noticing the thoughts, beliefs, and stories running through our minds and how they shape our emotions, behaviours and the way we move through the world.

I used to think stopping to reflect on my thoughts was a COMPLETE waste of time.

Like why sit around thinking about thinking when there are things to get done?

But over the years, this practice has become one of the biggest parts of my healing bc I used to treat every thought and emotion as if it were capital T truth like:

“You’re behind. You’re not doing enough. You can’t rest yet.”

But nowadays, instead of automatically believing every thought that pops into my head, metacognition gives me a way to snatch my thoughts and question them.

This video reflects a younger version of me who believed her worth depended on productivity, who pushed herself into pressure and burnout bc she thought slowing down meant falling behind.

The second half is what happens when the mind’s mirror interrupts that cycle.

And honestly this feels especially timely as I get ready to start grad school bc I know my productivity and burnout spirals are gonna pop off. So I’m taking this video as a little reminder to my future self.

We’re growing bbs 🦄

A recap from our last Nature of Being series workshop on June 21 where we explored ALIVENESS.

It was filled with moments of making art, dancing, jamming, talking, processing, feeling, wiggling, shaking, flowing. We hope you get the chance to remember your aliveness and allow others to hold you in that. Bc we’re not meant to journey alone BBG! 😘

Reliving these shared moments has us feeling so alive. We’re so grateful to everyone who came. We love youuu!

See you at the next one in September 🫶
