My entry for the @oneractive NYC Community Campaign, featuring the sounds of the City 🤣

Y’all. Between the constant rain previously happening here in NYC + the original, professional help I was going to have assist in this project, dates had to be moved, & the person helping had their own circumstances they had to miss for. ❤️‍🩹 It was just me, husband, & this past weekend. A couple of hours to shoot. 2 days, and some hours to edit.

But this is it. Imperfecty perfect for now,
Because I rather enter than have nothing at all. I rather have missed sleep to get SOMETHING done than zero things to show. WORTH IT. ✨

CONS
Unfinished. No microphone (forgotten last minute), and the noise reduction features I experienced were caca. No quality camera. No added subtitles, sound effects, animations, & more as I would have wanted. I don’t have enough Oner Active wear to cover all of the shots from the past, but please trust that the wallet & I wish we did. 😭😮‍💨🤞🏽You can tell where I couldnt edit, ‘cause you’ll just watch me talk 💀.

THE ASS KICKING PROS
I said I’d do it, and I did. I HAD SO MUCH FUCKING FUN. Still no shits given. Still shooting my shot. Still didn’t let the cons get in the way of being delulu. Met amazing women for the sake of being brave. Still me. I love to see that my paths can change, but my humor stays in tact 🤣. If you listen closely, you can hear husband chuckle sometimes, or make noises in agreement. 😂🥹❤️‍🔥 For some of you, this’ll also make up for the previous years I was gone. 🤣

Fitness & Lifting has been a part of my life for 7 years. It wasn’t until after my daughter was born that I really took my training to another level, but my desire to be more fit was so that I could give her life in a stronger body to begin with. Without my husband’s encouragement, & without planning for our baby girl, I wouldn’t be where I am. 💕 This is for them, & this is for me.
