31 years ago I was setting up my classroom at Agnew Middle School as a 1st year teacher! 🍎🌸❤️ I still remember my middle schoolers from 1995!!!! Including- one student writing the KVIL song of the day on my board each morning, Steve Rios needing to run & hug the tree outside my window and squeeze out that last little bit of energy before locking in for the lesson, and of course- teaching with my sweetest friends!! (Betsy and Jennifer- we made the greatest memories our first year!) 🤟🙌
From teaching to counseling and then back to teaching, God has blessed me in sooo many ways!
I officially retired from public school this summer, but my love for teaching and my students is still going strong at HCA! I am so excited for the 26/27 (🫣the joy of memes as a teacher 😂) school year! God has big plans for US! (For all my current students… I love you, BUT… we are not in Mom’s minivan! 🫶) by @angiewynn032
