Lulus 4th birthday trip to Disneyland and Newport Beach. Memories made. Bonds strengthened. Love deepened. Struggles overcame. Money well spent.
I live for making memories with my kids/best friends. I always have. Whether it was a cheer trip, a family reunion, a holiday, a birthday, a move day, a vacation day, or a much well known hard day…I live for it. I’m far from a perfect parent/person and I feel like just when all is good and flowing the way I imagined, I get thrown a curve ball. Six months already! 💍 My heart still melts thinking about that perfect day and all the memories we made bringing it to life. Tori designed and made her own wedding dress with my mom by her side! Along with the rest of this wedding, Tori had a vision and brought it to life. It was an honor to be a part of it. After giving me the hardest kiss on the lips and pulling me in so tight it hurt… I said “that was a hard kiss!” Lulu said back, “cuz I love you so hard mom”

Late birthday post…I don’t feel bad snuggling a little longer, running to her when she screams because theres a scary bug (a fly) that she’s afraid of, pausing my workouts 100 times to pretend I’m peppa pig, or taking her to the dollar store to get a “poopoo prize” when she responds to nature calling (iykyk). She is spoiled in the best way.
Fun facts:
Turned 2 on 2.2.24
I accidentally potty trained her. Here’s how…most days I put panties on her after her morning shower and just let her wear them for about 30 minutes then put a diaper on when we leave the house for the day. Well, about a month ago, I forgot and just got her dressed and left the house. A few hours later I remembered and had a slight panic attack cuz she wasn’t potty trained yet. But when I checked, she was dry. She’s worn panties every day since and even through the night.

She’s obsessed with listening to music in the car & her top favs are…

Out and about, people always tell us how fast kids grow and that they remember when their kids were this young… then ask us if she’s our first 😂 we feel so blessed to have her in our lives and get to savor the moments a little more (maybe a little selfishly).
