Why should only Fortune 500 companies get the best benefits? That’s the question Ty Wang, Co-Founder and CEO of Angle Health, is challenging head-on.

Angle Health, the AI-powered healthcare technology startup founded by Ty Wang and Anirban Gangopadhyay, is raising $600 million in a deal led by Vitruvian Partners at a $2.7 billion valuation, more than doubling its December valuation. The round includes $200 million in primary equity and $400 million in secondary shares, with participation from Town Hall Ventures, Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital and Y Combinator.
