the lana tank pattern by @erin_reiko releases today! 🍾

i loved getting to test this pattern. this tank has seamlessly entered my wardrobe rotation for the end of summer, it’s safe to say i’m obsessed! 🌱

i recently completed intro to weaving at @praxisfiberworkshop, taught by @ashlynsthread and i learned so much! i’ve wanted to learn to weave for quite some time, and i’m really thankful to have gotten this opportunity through my internship at praxis! 🤍

my first piece is a sampler of a variety of techniques i learned throughout the class. it’s imperfect in many ways, but i love that it’s a visual representation of what i learned, and how i began to experiment during the process.

hoping to get back on the loom to give it another go sometime soon… 💭

So excited to share that I had the opportunity to test @erin_reiko’s newest pattern, the Lana tank! I absolutely loved making this top - the pattern is truly addicting.

I used Line by @sandnesgarn in the color dusty light green, and it is seriously the perfect soft and drapy linen blend ☁️

Thank you to Erin for choosing me to help test this pattern, and a huge congrats on the upcoming release! Definitely get this one on your hooks while we still have some sunshine 🌞

spent a couple of hours weaving yesterday after work and it was the most peaceful i’ve felt in awhile 🤍 this is my first ever weaving, it will be about 60” long and i’m a little over halfway through!
