i recently completed intro to weaving at @praxisfiberworkshop, taught by @ashlynsthread and i learned so much! i’ve wanted to learn to weave for quite some time, and i’m really thankful to have gotten this opportunity through my internship at praxis! 🤍

my first piece is a sampler of a variety of techniques i learned throughout the class. it’s imperfect in many ways, but i love that it’s a visual representation of what i learned, and how i began to experiment during the process.

hoping to get back on the loom to give it another go sometime soon… 💭
