“but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬

What an amazing week and blessing it was to see Gods great love in the Amazon River Basin. His Love in creation. His Love for his people. And the Love displayed in Jesus life death and resurrection.

“So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”

Obrigado, Deus, pelo trabalho que tens feito

Beyond blessed to have gotten the opportunity to head deep into the Amazon River and experience how the Lord is moving. To utilize the field of medicine to bring comfort, peace, and the gospel is blessing I just can’t put into words. Every bandaged wound, infection treated, story shared, treatment provided, laugh shared, and smile shown shouted the glory of the Lord. No rainforest too big or village too small to see the presence of the Lord seeking out his people. God was workin these folks long before we got there and he’ll be working there long after. What a beautiful week of seeing God’s overwhelming love for his people.
