Since I was a child, I’ve carried this quiet sense of wonder about life. I loved watching people simply living their lives. I could spend hours in the bathtub, feeling the water on my skin. I experienced scents so intensely that, for a moment, it felt as if I could dissolve into them completely.

It often seemed like everyone around me was rushing toward goals, achievements, and possessions, while I simply wanted to be. To witness life unfolding before my eyes without judgment, without the need to define or control it.

I spent so much time in my dreamy inner world, and strangely, I never really wished for big things. Yet somehow, that absence of wanting carried me further than I could have ever imagined.

So for my 32nd birthday, I wish to remain soft, observant, sensitive, and deeply moved by life. To keep experiencing wonder the way I did as a child. To never lose the ability to be touched by small things, by beauty, by simply being alive.

Because life itself is astonishing.

And somehow, by moving through the world this way, life gave me my work, my friends, my love, and a world in which I truly feel happy every single day.

“Transmuted Symphony” by @andreapena__
Thank you so much for inviting us into your world and vision, with deep love and respect for everyone involved. It was truly special to explore the power of “simple movements” and to perform with intention—through gaze, calmness, and spaciousness—allowing our humanness to resonate through every cell.
