Project Landsborough: Finally sharing a design project I’ve been working on this past year. This home was completely gutted and reimagined, starting with moving the kitchen into the brightest corner.

Project Magnolia House 🌳

The concept started with creating the feeling and illusion of standing inside the bud of a flower, and was translated into the architecture through a grand circular skylight and curved ceiling detail positioned at the very centre of the home. Love seeing how the impact of this detail continues to shift depending on where it’s viewed from. by @anikaghda

The dining + living room of Project Landsborough was designed as one continuous, informal space so my clients can keep an eye on their two year old son as he runs around and plays. A custom bench connects both areas, with hidden storage for toys and media equipment.
