With a heart full of gratitude, I am deeply honoured to receive this memento from Hon. MP Hibi Eden in recognition of my service in dementia care. 💜
Working with people living with dementia is more than just my profession—it is something very close to my heart. Every smile, every memory shared, and every little moment of comfort reminds me why I chose this journey.
This recognition is not just an honour; it motivates me to keep showing more love, compassion, and dedication. 🌿💜
Grateful, humbled, and inspired to continue making a difference in the lives of people living with dementia. 🙏✨ #socialworkhumor#dementia #proudmoments❤️ taken in Kochi, India by @anila__jain

He suffered beyond measure to save me. I endure a little pain to carry a reminder of His endless love. He left the ninety-nine to find the one… That one is me. " The Chosen" ✝️🤍🕊️

Celebrating 10 beautiful years .A whole decade of us💕💎

Being long-distance besties has never been easy, but distance was never strong enough to keep our hearts apart. We’ve laughed until we couldn’t breathe, cried through the hardest days, and stood by each other in every season of life.

Through every mile, every call, and every memory, we’ve proved that true friendship knows no distance. Life simply wouldn’t be the same without you.

Here’s to 10 unforgettable years, countless cherished memories, and many more beautiful chapters waiting to be written. Forever grateful for us. ❤️🧿#choosenfamily❤️

I always imagine the day when we’re no longer separated by distance. Today, she's finally here, after longing for this moment for what feels like forever. # movie # social awareness # students# youngsters # social issues# unemployment # low salary # migration ## taken in Collin's Garage. by @anila__jain
