🚨BREAKING: WE RESCUED PIGLETS FROM RED COURT FARM🚨

After seeing the conditions at Luna’s farm whilst investigating it, in March Michelle, Liam, and Tom decided to rescue Leila, Nova, and Maia, and take them to freedom.

🐷 These piglets are now living happy lives in a sanctuary, but there are still millions trapped in animal factories across the UK - like Luna.

The only way to do that is ending factory farming.

🐖 Luna’s story isn’t just the tale of one mother pig, it’s the lives of millions of animals in factory farms across the country.
Another one of those mother pigs is Renee.

Renee hadn’t moved in 72 hours, hurting and in pain; she had given birth to nine piglets, two of whom were stillborn. This is what the end point for a mother pig in factory farming looks like.

Deemed unprofitable, she is forced out of site and killed. After spending her entire life in a cycle of pregnancies and births, Renee didn’t get the happy ending that every single one of us hopes for.

But it doesn’t have to be like this.

🐷Pigs existed in nature long before animal factories were even an idea.

Pigs like Luna, Renee, Leila, Nova, and Maia thrive in the outdoors, with space to run, play, nest, dig, and root.

To them, the freedom to run free and be in their natural space is everything. But animal factories take that away from them. A world without this pain and suffering is possible.

🐖 What if pigs were never meant to be in tiny cages…

Farrowing crates aren’t natural; they make it so a mother pig cannot turn around or properly care for her children.

Pigs like Luna want to root and nest in woodlands, not on slatted plastic floors. Factory farms take everything away from these mothers and children, again, and again, and again.

We could rescue three piglets, but millions more animals remain in factory farms across the UK.

🐷 🐷 🐷 We Rescued Piglets 🐷 🐷 🐷

After weeks recording hidden camera footage inside Red Court, we knew we had to try and rescue piglets from the conditions inside.

Maia, Leila, and Nova are now living their lives in the safety of a sanctuary. But thousands, just like Luna, remain.

We want to create the kind of world that we’re proud of, and that begins by ending factory farming.

⚠️ This is what the inside of an animal factory looks like.

Thousands of animals crammed into cages, mothers unable to turn around or protect their children, and the constant threat of piglets being ripped from their mothers.

That’s why we rescued Maia, Leila, and Nova from Red Court Farm. They’re now living happy lives in the freedom of a sanctuary.

But other animals aren’t so lucky; we need your help to end factory farming and that begins with freeing Luna.

💚 WE WENT TO LUNA’S NEAREST CITY 💚

Last Saturday, Volunteers in Ipswich spent the day speaking to residents about Luna’s Story and why Red Court Farm need to release her to a sanctuary.

We’re also putting pressure on Luna’s MP, Patrick Spencer. More than 2,500 of you have emailed him already, let’s keep that up!

We’ve captured hundreds of hours of undercover footage from farms like Red Court, where Luna is trapped, and what it shows is horrific.

Mothers like Renee and Luna are repeatedly impregnated until they’re too weak to stand, giving birth to stillborn children, and no longer profitable.

Factory farming cannot hide anymore.
