The River is doing amazing in her new forever home 🥹 We visited yesterday & had a beautiful cuddle session. She’s right where she was meant to land and everyone is so happy including River obviously 😜 by @animalsfirst.la

Bellows & ibis are settling in to their new long term foster 🐾🙏🥹After 24 hours, they’ve both been out exploring and taking alone time to cuddle 🥰 They’ll be in their own wing of the house for a bit before meeting the pup! SO far so good! SO grateful for everyone involved by @animalsfirst.la

This afternoon Bellows & Ibis will be moving into a new long term foster home (w/potential for adoption) 🙏💙🐾 They’ll have time to get comfy before slowly introducing them to the family dog, Sunflower 🌻 Sunny lived with two cats previously who both have passed & you can see who was in charge from the pics/vids following 😂 the cats of course!! As for Edith, she’s going to stay behind with her current foster parent a bit longer to gain more confidence before being moved. It’s possible she may go live with the bros again if she seems distraught without them. Ultimately, it was decided to try and split her off and give her an opportunity to blossom as a solo kitty 🐈‍⬛ Edith is super sweet, loves to play & cuddle once she’s comfortable. Bellows & Ibis are so sweet together. They’ll be moving into a new long term foster in a week along with their shy sister Edith. The 3 cats will be separated for a while to adjust but will be slowly acclimating to a large sweet dog in the home. We will continue looking for a forever home without other cats or small children (dogs tbd 🙏) 🥹💙 If you are interested in meeting these guys, DM me for details. We’d be willing to place out of state but prefer to keep local to LA if we can by @animalsfirst.la

The River has unofficially officially been adopted 🎊🐾🥹 Her new mom was the friend to collect her from the house almost 2 weeks ago & has quickly fallen in love!! 😻 The feeling is mutual, River is very calm & at peace with her. Her new human is a friend of Rivers human who passed away & we couldn’t be happier she found her way to River when she needed her 💙🙏 My client relationship with their OG human, Celeste, began when I found River after she had been lost for a bit, and returned her to home after scanning for a microchip. We talked for over an hour when I took River back to Celeste & ever since then I’ve watched the kids when they traveled or needed help with health issues. It’s been such a privilege to know Celeste & so sad to lose her. Huge for her to trust me with her cats both in life and after death. Thank you to all of her friends & family for trusting me to help as well. Sidebar - I can take no credit for River and her new human finding one another. That was just Celeste & the universe putting them both right where they needed to be. by @animalsfirst.la

We visited Bellows, Ibis & Edith this evening 🥹 The boys took a minute to come out but finally broke cover for a churu. Edith stayed in her safe spot, but is doing well. They’re all slowly opening up more every day. I’m so moved by the community of friends that came together for these kids 💙🌈🐾 by @animalsfirst.la

We spent part of @greatscottcreates birthday yesterday at @animaltracksinc 🐾💙 It was so lovely to be among old friends, both human & animal. Big thanks to Stacey & the AT team for showing us a great time!! A kiss& a hiss, that’s how you know they love one another 😂 we swear, Bellow & Ibis are best friends looking for an amazing home to love them along their shy sister Edith 💙🙏 These three babies recently had their beloved human pass away unexpectedly, and they are all together decompressing. It’s unofficially official for one of four cats — The River will be getting adopted by a friend of Celeste’s & has been welcomed into a beautiful home with such love 💗 When I went to visit the other day, her soon-to-be new mom said “it sounds weird but it just feels like she’s always been here.” That’s how you know The River is just where she needs to be 🥹🌈 Celeste’s other 3 kiddos, Bellows, Ibis & Edith, are still working through some feelings & likely grief as well. Everyone is cuddling, eating and pottying, and will come around in their own time. Bellows, aka Bells, has been the most brave & slowly wanting to explore things in his foster home. Thank you for all of the support & love coming my way, as well as to the cats. We’re committed to finding a home for all 3 of them because they are so bonded 🙏Celeste definitely would want that so I’m going to do my best to make that happen. There’s been an interested party, so we’re proceeding slowly. The cats need some time to just be without any changes 💙 In the meantime, we’re still looking for an awesome forever home for Bellows, Ibis & Edith to call their own. They’re the sweetest cats & I can’t wait to show them in their more natural state soon taken in Los Angeles, California by @animalsfirst.la
