ULTRA!!!!!!!🔥

Was ein Lauf! Ich bin sprachlos! Ich bin dankbar! Ich bin fasziniert! Ich bin voller Emotionen! Ich kann es kaum glauben!
Ganz ehrlich…es war hart, aber wunderschön! Die Strecke war ein Traum, aber die letzten Kilometer habe ich gekämpft.
Aber als ich am Schluss meine durchschnittliche pace gesehen habe, konnte ich es kaum glauben.
Wenn ich das so sagen darf und mir selber auf die Schulter klopfe: „Was ein starker Körper und ein starker mindset, Anina!!!“

55 min Rotwand run 🤜🏻🤛🏻
I love runs like this!
You run and run, and then you hit a hill where you have to push yourself: “Anina, keep going. Easy, you can do this!” Your breathing is so heavy and your heart rate is through the roof.

But that feeling when you’ve made it and in a time you didn’t even expect… indescribable!!!! The emotions just come flooding in!
And on top of that, there’s just this wonderful backdrop; a view of the mountains and nature.

That feels so good!

Urlaub in München!☀️
Es ist doch schön, was die Natur und Sonnenstrahlen auf der Haut mit der Seele eines Menschen machen können! Sport, Bewegung, das Grüne, wundervolle Eindrücke der Friedlichkeit und dem, was da ist, schenkt so viel Geborgenheit und Energie! Es ist einfach da und wunderschön und urteilt nicht!

Do it for yourself cause you are worth it!
Dressing up for myself, go on a hike by myself, travel by myself, being crazy by myself, dancing by myself and and and…

I look back on the summer and realize that I once again did a lot of things for myself and on my own. And these experiences and memories are indescribably beautiful!

Wenn man mal wieder ein bisschen “Mensch, was ist die Welt doch schön”-Gefühl braucht, sind da zum Glück die Berge!

Denn in den Bergen erfahren wir jene beruhigende Einheit, die dann besteht, wenn alle Gefühle und Gedanken zueinander finden.

BBAAAMMMMM 46 kilometers!!!!🌈🏃🏼‍♀️

I was so scared of this run!
I’d already kind of set myself the goal of finishing a marathon this time. And when I set my mind to something, I want to achieve it… so, to be honest, I was really scared I wouldn’t make it…

I didn’t even listen to music…😅
It was more like: Anina, just run, just run… that’s how nervous I was. 😬

But look… you can accomplish so many things you never thought you could!

Colorful feelings!🌈

Turn on the music and just beam with joy!
There are those moments when a song hits just the right vibe, and suddenly everything seems a little easier, more beautiful, and more awesome.

Summer really delivers on that front, and I had my fan moment… even though I thought afterward: Anina, the DJ probably didn’t want to hear all my questions… but I was super excited and couldn’t stop asking..🙈

But I have this smile on my lips when the music and that sound reach my ears: that’s all it takes.

Yeah, and then just being outside… colorful feelings!
