“Belajar apa aja sih selama @australiaawards Short Course?” 🇦🇺

🇬🇧 “What do you actually learn during an Australia Awards Short Course?” 🇦🇺

“What did you actually learn during the @australiaawards Short Course?” 🇦🇺

Well... it was all about waste 😄♻️ But it wasn’t just about recycling technologies or waste treatment.

We learned directly from government agencies, industry, researchers, and waste management practitioners to see how a circular economy system is built and put into practice.

My biggest takeaway wasn’t finding all the answers—it was gaining a new perspective. Every country faces different challenges, so there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. The key is understanding what works and adapting it to your own local context.

In this carousel, I’m sharing some of my biggest takeaways from the program. Hope you find them useful! ✨

Bali’s fashion scene is booming, but Indonesia is on track to reach almost 4 million tons of textile waste by 2030.
We spoke with @tricycle.id TRI Cycle founder Annisa Fauziah about what that means for the island: polyester = plastic, “eco” isn’t always what it seems, and change often starts with something as small as a swap.

Fashion here could be the problem… or the fix. Swipe and decide.

And check the awesome work these women are doing:
