Wow. Just wow.

What stood out the most was how deeply included every woman felt—truly seen and heard in conversations that matter on their health and wellness journey. We met in our twenties. We loved each other. Then life pulled us apart for 23 years.

He never fully left my heart. I thought of him across every season.

We were not meant to fail back then. We were meant to grow, separately, into the two people who could finally do this well.

Then he found his way back.

God, I see it now. The timing was never cruel. It was kind.

23 years later, right on time, and so grateful it was him.

The right love is never late. It arrives the moment you are both ready to hold it.

He loves giving me the beautiful thoughtful things and they’re lovely. They were never the point.

Being treated like a queen is the way he listens. The way he protects. The way he speaks to me with love.

Here is what took me years to learn. I couldn’t receive that kind of love until I believed I was worthy of it.

I healed my worth, and my standard rose on its own. I simply stopped being available for anything less than aligned.

You don’t attract what you want. You receive what you are and who you are becoming!

This light was not hustled into. It was placed in me. Decreed before I ever understood what I was built for.

So I will not shrink it, apologize for it, or dim it.

You cannot stop what God ordained. Delay it, doubt it, talk about it. You cannot stop it.

This is your daily reminder. When you put your head down, stay in your own lane, and keep going, your dreams come true.

Dancing in front of the Eiffel Tower with my book cover in my hands. The book I dreamt about for over twenty years.

It did not come from chasing. It came from becoming. I stopped comparing, stopped looking sideways, and stayed in alignment with what was mine.

This is the Law of Attraction in real life. You do not get what you want. You receive what you become. Your energy sets the tone, and aligned action does the rest.

Your dream is not behind you. It is becoming.

Less than two years ago, almost everything in my life was removed. I did not call it failure. I called it a beginning.

I have rebuilt business after business. Where most people stop, I keep going. Someone told me last night I have lived nine lives. The truth is I have lived far more, and I am just getting started.

I am not here because it all went perfectly. I am here because I kept rebuilding, out loud, with my whole heart.
