We are officially celebrating this project milestone! 🥳It’s been so much work getting here, but taking these moments to dance, laugh, and appreciate how far we’ve come is everything. Grateful for this journey and for a team that knows how to keep the spirit high. Onward and upward!

When "Happy Halloween" by Junky comes on, you just have to dance!

We had so much fun learning this routine together. Watch through to see all our practice takes, laughter, and finally... the complete version!

Dancing through the week with pure joy. Which take was your favorite?

Little things I noticed along the way.

When I travel, I love noticing the small details —
a wall, a window, a sign, a little moment of beauty.

Not everything has to be a destination.
Sometimes, the little things along the way are what stay with us.

Do you ever write postcards to yourself when you travel?

There is something so special about sitting down with a pen, capturing the exact feeling of a journey, and mailing it to your future self. Weeks later, opening your mailbox to find a little piece of your past adventure waiting for you is the ultimate souvenir.

You don’t have to be abroad to experience that feeling, though! At our 5th-floor Art Cafe in Hongo, we love creating a quiet, inspiring space for reflection. Grab a cozy drink, settle in with some art supplies, and write a letter to your future self.

A quick note: Because our space also hosts private lessons and retreats, our Art Cafe hours change week by week! Be sure to check our weekly highlights for our open days, or drop us a DM before you visit. Walk-ins are always warmly welcomed when our doors are open!

Walking through Casa Batlló feels like stepping inside a dream. Every curve, every tile, and every play of light reminds us that creativity has no bounds. Gaudí didn’t just design a building; he captured the magic of the ocean and the soul of nature in stone. Absolutely breathtaking.

They say architecture is frozen music, but Casa Milà feels like a living, breathing song. Every curve, every shadow, every angle seems designed to make you pause, breathe, and reconnect with something deeper. It’s not just a building; it’s a sanctuary for the spirit. Today, my soul feels lighter.

There is a profound stillness that lingers in spaces built for reflection.

Once a traditional monastery, this sanctuary has evolved into a living space where Zen meditation, philosophy, health, and the arts seamlessly meet. It’s a place designed to help us step away from the noise of the modern world and return to kindness, compassion, and inner peace.

We are gathering here this Saturday, and we would love for you to experience this extraordinary space with us.

Send a DM or comment below if you’d like to join us for a day of grounding and renewal.

Take the detour, open the sunroof, and see where the road leads you. It’s beautiful out here in the South of France, and we are soaking in every single bit of it. Ready for the next stop!

Just 7 more days.

There is an unspoken magic to the historic streets of Barcelona when you slow down and truly look at them. No rush, no crowded itineraries—just timeless architecture, quiet corners, and a deep breath of anticipation for the journey ahead.

Next week, we begin our special retreat space, bringing together somatic movement, creative arts, and a gentle pause from the everyday noise. Everything is falling into place, and our hearts are so ready.

If you’ve been craving a reset, your sanctuary is almost open. Comment IKIGAI or DM us and we will send you the booking link.

Calling myself an “artist” feels intimidating, but maybe it shouldn’t. It’s not about the technical skill; it’s about the feeling. I try to make time for collage because it helps me process and recharge. If you’re hesitant to start something because you’re “not good at it,” this is your sign to try anyway. You might be surprised at what you find.

Three years ago, we were sitting in a classroom in Nice, navigating a teacher training course together. Fast forward to last week, and we were sharing beer right here in Tokyo.

There’s a Japanese concept I return to often: Ichigo Ichie (一期一会)—the understanding that every encounter is a once-in-a-lifetime treasure, never to be duplicated. Reconnecting across years, continents, and personal growth reminds me how special those shared learning spaces really are.

No matter where our individual paths and teaching journeys take us, taking time to slow down and honor these full-circle moments makes life so rich. So grateful for timeless friendships born in unexpected places.
