Unrefined cane sugar s best than byproducts of palmtree. Parents understand palmsugar s not prooven .becas of low GI eye wash don't choose karupatty .coconut sugar .palmsugar s better than karupatty .panakarkandu s not preferable .I'm telling this for normal use .check ur sugar level even normal people nd use acc .but jaggerry nattuchakarai s unhealthy❌ by @anitha_pasupathy
