Lidingöloppet 30K: DONE — and a new PB! 🏃‍♀️💨❤️‍🔥

The hills got easier, the legs got stronger, and somehow the kilometres just kept flying by. Until the last 6K, when my legs politely informed me that we had, in fact, already done enough. 😂

Then came the rain, the mud and an involuntary mud bath approximately 200 metres from the finish. Very glamorous. Very Lidingö.

And honestly, Team P.E.P.P. deserves a huge part of the credit ❤️ @smulanmamma and @kristinahoffman72 came along, cheered me on and kept me company through the whole day — plus a surprise appearance from @kajhen13 that made it even more special.

30K, muddy legs, tired bones and a ridiculously happy heart. Very, very proud of this one. 🫶 taken in Grönsta Gärde Målgång Lidingöloppet by @anitkasanders

Happy Knitiversary to us!
🧶 Two years ago, Stephanie from my favorite LYS, @makeri14 , taught me to knit. Little did I know that I would discover a hobby I love and gain a wonderful friend along the way. ❤ taken in Grillska Huset by @anitkasanders

UltraVasa 45 in the books 🏅🌲

So incredibly beautiful. A day of forests, many many hills, laughter, pain cave, and a very full heart ✨

I was lucky enough to run the entire trail with a friend, and we truly pulled each other through the tough parts ❤️🏃‍♀️ tack @krickan

The messages from friends and family who cheered from afar added to the magic!

And this medal is for my dad ❤️ @hasako_ho_modellbahn He was not able to come and cheer this time but I did take his best advice at hart:
“Trap onder je … en gaan.”

So I did. Next year we do this together! 💪 taken in Mora, Sweden by @anitkasanders

Still processing this one… 🫢
My fastest and strongest half marathon in sun, wind, rain and hail (!!) as if Vivaldi narrated it ☀️ 🌬️🌧️ ❄️
Went out thinking “this can’t be right”… turns out it was 😄 Held on, suffered a bit, and finished with a grin.

I am feeling ridiculously happy (and honestly rich in life) right now 🥹❤️ for my friends and family who cheered me on in real time and followed along online - thank you 🙌

Here she is and off the needles! Keinu by @sundayknittingclub_store as my second knitted garment 💗
It’s bold and unapologetic but soft, airy, and impossibly fluffy. I need another one, or two …

Sunday runday ❄️✨
Snow, sunshine and the best energy — one of those runs that just stays with you.

With a special guest @szacke42195 (elite runner!) showing that running is for everyone. Different paces, same smiles, same love for the run. 🫶
