Vengan a practicar conmigo 🌞

Happy to be back on my yoga schedule! ✨🤍

Come practice with me! 🌞

Wednesday & Sunday — Yin Yoga
A gentle, restorative practice focused on caring for our deeper connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and tendons. A space to improve flexibility, release tension, and ease muscle stiffness, especially after our surf sessions. 🌊

Friday — Yoga Flow
A dynamic practice that connects breath with movement, builds strength and balance, and incorporates deep, active stretching.

See you on the mat! 🧘🏽‍♀️🤍 by @anitya.ag
