#namasteॐ 🙏

Today, I had the opportunity to work with two dear guests who have embraced yoga as a way of life. Although it was their first time experiencing the Sadhu board, they remained on the nails with unwavering surrender for 13 minutes. As I witnessed their profound experience, I sincerely shared in what they were feeling. I wholeheartedly congratulate them for their courage, determination, and inner strength. 🙏

I’ve finally done it. The hair is off - all for a good cause.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me in shaving my head to raise money for #younglivesvscancer - a charity that’s been there for Arabella, my daughter Lima’s best friend, as she’s fought through leukaemia.

Arabella’s now in remission and on her last round of intense chemo, and this was just one small way we could show our love and support for her and the thousands of other families who rely on this amazing organisation.

🚨How to Donate:

If you’d still like to donate, and learn more about Arabella’s story, visit: https://justgiving.com/pages/headshaveforarabella

Massive thanks to Maria Palmer and Michael Palmer for the inspiration and leading this wonderful initiative - Michael shaved his off along with a bunch of others on Sunday! 💪

Thanks also to Michael Geer for joining me on this commitment to help raise more funds (and will no doubt post about this soon!), to Ani Akosa for joining me to get his head shaved, with me. 💖

Watch the moment here - and yes, it’s gone!
