As a Xavierite,
I’ve had some ups and downs, but through it all, I made it. My journey at Xavier is proof that God’s grace is real, and this is only the beginning of my testimony.

To My Friends,
Thank you for walking this journey with me. From the late night car talks about our future to the unforgettable memories, your love and encouragement have kept me grounded. You saw me on my best days and stood by me on my worst. I’m so grateful for the genuine friendships that blossomed during my time at Xavier.. friendships that I know will last far beyond graduation. You’ve all helped shape the woman I’m becoming. I love y’all deeply.

To the Student Body,
Being part of a community like Xavier’s is something special. To my peers, classmates, and student leaders.. thank you for challenging me, and reminding me of the power of purpose. Whether it was through campus events, leading the class as president, or moments of solidarity, I’ve witnessed brilliance and Black eXcellence every single day. Together, we’ve created something beautiful. Never forget that WE are the change makers.

To My Parents,
Words will never be enough. Your faith in me has been the foundation of everything I’ve accomplished. Thank you for every prayer, every sacrifice, every encouraging word. Even when I doubted myself, you believed in me and that belief carried me through. Your love is the reason I’ve made it this far. My prayer to God this year has been, don’t give up on me. In the midst of feeling like he’s left, he shows just exactly who he is. And for that, I’m grateful. In everything I do, I want to tell the world about his good works— how he has made and continues to make ways for little ole me🤭

I’ve learned that being a leader means more than telling people what to do.. it means, being the person your team needs in order to be successful. A leader is only as good as its team. And I appreciate the Junior class council for giving me grace. Thank you all for teaching me how to be a better leader.

I appreciate the centennial class for trusting us to serve, it has been more than a privilege. I love you Centen, forever big Centen.

Again, Jesus has been a wonder in my soul!
Everything just KEEPS happening for me. God keeps blessing me, he keeps putting me in positions to succeed, he keeps fulfilling his promises towards me! And for that I am GRATEFUL!

Nobody said this year would be easy, the road to success is never comfortable… but we persevered through every obstacle that tried to detour us. The love I have for the Sophomore Class Council will never run low, thank y’all for being such a monumental part of my life. Y’all know we’re 4lifers now🫶🏾

To my class, thank y’all for always trusting and supporting us. Even on days where we felt like giving up, y’all’s endless support and words of encouragement forced us to keep going. In the end, we accomplished our goal of winning class of the year! We couldn’t have done it without y’all! THANK YOU!
