For a year, I had this vision: a Collective Systemic Healing Constellation to heal the relationship between the Masculine and Feminine.

Beyond patriarchy.
Beyond religion. Beyond dogma.
Beyond fear.

At the European Tantra Festival it came to life… with 150 attendees. (Link to the live recording of the constellation in the comments 👇)

It was incredibly powerful and beautiful, deeply moving and transformative. Something that has never been done before. I stepped into a new level of my power and held the field with all of it: truth, presence, love and compassion.

This work emerged from years of study in the lineage of Bert Hellinger, and my decade-long spiritual path with Thomas Hübl. It was a fusion of systemic constellation work and collective, transgenerational trauma healing. Something entirely new flowed through me.

Rarely have I experienced a space so deeply attuned, so radically present. The entire field was aligned with something greater than ourselves. The presence of God—however one may define it—was unmistakably felt.
Something landed. Something shifted. Something ancient healed.

It felt like a collective remembrance of something greater than we are and of the love, trust, support and safety, which was natural between men and women ❤️ - before religions and patriarchy came in.

This was powerful. This was sacred. An embodied union, where the Masculine and Feminine relate beyond old wounds and no longer fight, but rise together.

And I know… this is just the beginning 🔥

There is something deeply beautiful about a woman who has found her wildness. Who can feel her own fire, trust her instincts, and follow the rhythm of her own nature.

And there is something even more beautiful about the moment she discovers that she can finally put down her weapons.

Because the Wild Woman has another side that rarely gets celebrated. Her tenderness. Her longing to be met. Her capacity to love so deeply that it asks her to enter the very territory she has spent years protecting.

There is a particular kind of courage in allowing yourself to be touched by life again, especially when you know how much it can hurt.

And the most extraordinary expression of her wildness is the moment she can stand completely open, with nothing to defend, and still feel utterly free.

This is the beauty of exploring archetypes. They reveal the living energies within us, inviting us to discover how much more of ourselves is waiting to be expressed.

✨ Explore these energies through your own body with Anja Amelung’s Archetype Dance Cards.

Comment ARCHETYPE and we’ll send you the link.

And come experience the many dimensions of your own nature with us at European Tantra Festival 2027.

What if the sacred looked less like perfection and more like this messy, laughing, crying human life?

We have inherited such a strange idea of spirituality. That the closer we come to the divine, the calmer we should become. Less reactive. Less complicated. Somehow above the chaos of being human.

And so we begin to edit ourselves, even on the spiritual path. We try to meditate away our anger, rise above our jealousy, become more peaceful, more conscious, more evolved.

But who decided that the divine could only be found in the parts of us we have managed to perfect?

There is something profoundly Tantric in this question.

Because the moment we divide ourselves into what is sacred and what is unworthy of the sacred, we have already separated ourselves from life.

Think of the last time you laughed so hard you lost control of your body. Or cried in someone’s arms and felt the enormous relief of no longer holding yourself together. The tenderness of being seen in a moment when you had absolutely nothing impressive to offer.

There is a kind of holiness in those moments that no amount of spiritual performance can manufacture.

And this is one of the most beautiful invitations of Tantra. To become so intimate with existence that we stop demanding it appear in a more acceptable form before we recognise its beauty.

The sacred has been here all along.

In this ridiculous, heartbreaking, breathtaking experience of being alive.

And what a celebration it becomes when we finally allow ourselves to belong to ALL of it. ❤️

The Queen’s deepest struggle is rarely that she doesn’t know her strength.

She knows exactly how much she can carry.

She has learned to organise, anticipate, decide, care, lead and keep going when everyone else falls apart.

And that competence can become its own kind of prison.

Because when you have spent years being the one who holds everything together, receiving can feel strangely unsafe. Trust means releasing control. Asking for support means someone might disappoint you. Resting means discovering what happens when you are no longer useful.

So you keep carrying.

And people call you strong.

The Queen asks a more uncomfortable question:

Does your power come from sovereignty, or from the belief that everything will collapse without you?

A mature Queen can remain powerful without gripping the kingdom.

She can receive without owing. Delegate without hovering. Be supported without becoming dependent. Her worth survives the moments when she produces nothing, fixes nothing and proves nothing.

This is where her power changes.

She stops earning her throne.

She sits in it.

This is the Queen we explore through archetypal embodiment at the European Tantra Festival. Because sovereignty is more than an idea. The body has to discover what it feels like to soften without disappearing and receive without giving its power away.

If you would like to explore these energies through your own body, Anja Amelung created the Archetype Dance Cards as an invitation into that experience.

RAPE MUST NEVER BE SUBJECT TO A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

Rape is not a masculine or heroic deed. It is violence. Humiliation. A conscious assault on the body, the soul, and human dignity.

The wounds can last for a lifetime — and the effects of trauma can shape families and even affect generations that come after. Read that again.

For almost 10 years, I have worked directly with clients carrying ancestral and collective trauma, and I have witnessed profound effects in their lives — including cases where the original rape or sexual assault happened to a grandmother or great-grandmother. The damage can reach far beyond the person who experienced the violence and continue through generations.

That is why we need the harshest possible sentences. No statute of limitations. Absolute protection for victims. And, after conviction, public accountability for the perpetrator.

But punishment alone is not enough.

We must raise our sons differently:
The feminine is not to be controlled, used, or degraded. It is to be respected, protected, loved, and honored.

We need a society where men do not look away — they step in.

Not someday. Now.

Because every woman who is silenced carries a wound our society helped create. Every girl deserves to grow up without learning to fear men. And every mother deserves to know that her daughter is safe.

We have tolerated silence for long enough. We have asked millions of women to survive what society should have prevented.

We can end this. Now.

For our daughters, sisters, aunts, and grandmothers. For every woman who was not protected.

NO MORE SILENCE.
NO MORE LOOKING AWAY.
NO MORE PROTECTING THE PERPETRATOR.

PROTECT WOMEN. HOLD MEN ACCOUNTABLE.

KNOWING AND NOT ACTING TO PROTECT IS A CRIME. IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS ONE.

WE NEED TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM. NOW. by @anjaakaya

The King is often imagined as the one who holds everything.

The family. The vision. The responsibility. The difficult decisions.

And somewhere along the way, strength can quietly become the inability to be held.

This is one of the King’s more hidden shadows.

When your identity is built around being the one others rely on, needing something yourself can begin to feel dangerous. You learn to solve before you feel. To stay composed when something inside you is breaking. To carry more than anyone asked you to carry.

From the outside, this can look like power.

From the inside, it can become a very lonely throne.

The mature King does not become powerful by needing nothing. His power comes from being deeply rooted enough that he no longer has to defend it.

He can listen without losing authority. Feel without collapsing. Receive support without surrendering his sovereignty.

And perhaps this is where leadership becomes something deeper than being the person in charge.

It becomes stewardship.

Power placed in service of life.

A King does not ask, “How much can I control?”

He asks, “What has been entrusted to me, and how will I care for it?”

This is the King we explore through archetypal embodiment at the European Tantra Festival. Because an archetype becomes truly interesting when we stop understanding it and begin discovering where it already lives in us.

If you would like to explore these energies through your own body, Anja Amelung created the Archetype Dance Cards as an invitation into that experience.

What if the divine wasn’t somewhere above you…but moving through all these bodies?

We have strange ideas about what the sacred should look like.

Quiet.
Pure.
Serene.
Preferably sitting very still with its eyes closed.

We rarely imagine it sweating on a dance floor.

Laughing so hard it loses its dignity.

Shaking.

Crying.

Wanting.

Breathing heavily.

Being held by another human being.

And yet Tantra has always carried a rather radical proposition:

What if nothing here is separate from the sacred?

Not the body.
Not desire.
Not grief.
Not pleasure.
Not the awkwardness of being human.

What if we have spent centuries looking upward for something that has been trying to meet us through our own skin?

Perhaps this is why a room full of moving bodies can sometimes feel more like prayer than a temple.

Why an embrace can suddenly become enormous.

Why dancing can crack something open that meditation couldn’t reach.

Why looking into another person’s eyes for long enough can make the boundaries of “me” and “you” feel strangely less certain.

The divine doesn’t need us to become less human before it can enter.

It is already here.

In the trembling hand.
In the belly.
In the tears.
In the wildness.
In the tenderness.
In every ordinary, imperfect body brave enough to be fully inhabited.

And then the question changes.

You stop asking how to reach the divine.

And start wondering…where could it possibly NOT be?

There is so little space in ordinary life to actually digest being alive.

Days become weeks, weeks become months. We move through conversations, relationships, loss, excitement, conflict, information, responsibilities. We keep going. And somewhere along the way, we become very good at carrying what we haven’t had time to feel.

Even with each other, we often meet through our roles. The capable one. The mother. The partner. The professional. The one who has it together.

It takes time, presence and safety to put some of that armour down and let another person actually feel us.

The raw parts. The ridiculous parts. The ones that cry. The ones that want to dance until there is nothing left to say. The strange, brilliant, tender human being underneath everything we have learned to present to the world.

This is something we care deeply about at the European Tantra Festival.

We make space.

Space to be quiet enough to hear what has been waiting underneath the noise. Space to feel and digest. To be witnessed and held when something opens. To laugh loudly. To dance wildly. To soften. To belong without having to become the right kind of person first.

And perhaps this is part of collective healing too.

Giving each other enough room to be fully human. Meeting one another with presence, compassion and love. Discovering what becomes possible when we stop rushing past ourselves and actually stay.

For five days, there is time.

Time for being.

Time for you.

A simple story. A GRAND vision.

It almost sounds too simple when Anja tells it.

A meditation. A castle. A conversation with someone willing to say yes. Then another yes. And another human who felt the vision and wanted to become part of it.

There was no certainty that it would work. The whole thing began because someone saw something that didn’t exist yet and started speaking about it as though it deserved to.

And perhaps that simplicity says something about the vision itself.

Because the European Tantra Festival was never meant to be built around one person having all the answers.

Its deeper vision is collective.

What happens when hundreds of people come together and begin exploring a different way of being human with one another? When healing moves beyond the personal story and we become conscious of what we are creating between us?

How we relate. How we listen. How we hold power. How we meet difference. How much truth, responsibility, tenderness and aliveness we can bring into the spaces we share.

A festival alone will not create a new world.

But human beings learning to relate differently will.

And perhaps GRAND visions often begin exactly like this.

One person sees something.

Another says yes.

And suddenly something that existed only in a meditation has hundreds of people standing inside it.
