The rain last weekend in Central Park stopped me in my tracks. ☔️

Everything seemed to quiet down for that moment. Amongst all the hustle and bustle- a quiet still.

4. I made halftime count. ⚽️

Hit the pavement during France 🇫🇷 vs. Spain 🇪🇸 and made it back for the second half. France didn’t get the result I was hoping for😭… but the run was definitely a win. ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Bodyweight workouts never go out of style. 💁‍♀️

✔️ Push-ups
✔️ A countdown that keeps it interesting

And on vacation it’s the easiest way for me to get movement and feel good! A run + this cute lil countdown 4 times thru= 60 squats + 60 pushups done!

The burpee at the end? That was just for fun. 😏
