**Subject: Notice of Unpaid Dues and Intent to Pursue Legal Action – Pixel Media Agency** To the Management at Pixel Media and Associated Brands, I am writing to publicly address a severe issue regarding unpaid salary and outstanding payments for completed campaigns. I worked as a Campaign Manager/Mediator for Pixel Media Agency for four years, dedicated to generating sales and driving growth for the company. Unfortunately, Pixel Media has defrauded me and failed to clear my pending payments. Even during a severe personal emergency when my mother was hospitalized, the agency refused to release my earnings despite repeated requests. I remained patient, assuming the company was experiencing a temporary budget crisis. Instead, Pixel Media abruptly removed me from the team in June and blocked me across all communication platforms without settling my dues. Furthermore, this issue extends beyond my individual salary. I managed numerous promotional and review campaigns this year for several prominent brands, including: **SINGER, ARATA, SOULFLOWER, SNACTIVATE, MIRACLE OF TURMERIC, LAB THEORY, NAMYAA, STAR AND DAISY, WIPNESS, NIPPETALS, METAL ETCH, JEEVACARE, SKINSIDE, NEES PERFUME, BARE ANATOMY, BITAMIN, MULTANI NATURAL, BARKINNS, NUVIMATE, QRAA, KLENZMO, BEAUTYWISE, KIDOLOGY, PEPROOTS, and INFICATE.** Pixel Media assured me they would pay the reviewers directly, but these payments have now been pending for 7 to 8 months. When I reached out to the brands directly, none provided a solution. Both the agency and the brands have benefited from our promotional efforts, yet neither is taking responsibility to compensate the people who delivered the work. Because of this negligence, I am facing severe financial hardship, extreme depression, and constant pressure and harassment from unpaid reviewers. This serves as a formal request to **Pixel Media** and **all mentioned brands** to clear all outstanding payments immediately.
