So I’m just gonna lay it all out with this post & get it out of the way. For me the necessary social media component of releasing music is what always stops me from releasing music & it’s my biggest source of pain for sure . Every time Ive put projects out in the past my anxiety and body dysmorphia get so bad that I eventually start to hate myself, burn out.. take a hiatus and tell myself if I just keep going to therapy next time I put out a project i’ll have less of a trauma response. Love therapy but it’s been years and I still have crippling anxiety around social media + still think I look like Shrek and Liza Minelli had a very pale baby that some ppl still find attractive for some fucked up reason. I’m laughing but not kidding at all actually 😂So anyway this was just a long winded way for me to say I’m releasing my first single in a while Aug 22 and will be compassionately forcing myself to face my own fears for the purpose pf my well-being even if it destroys me 😘❤️ by @anjelica

Ok so good news is I’m not Borderline bad news is gluten and I may need to go on a permanent break 🫠🫠 if anyone I know has been formally diagnosed with CD and can share a positive experience with the endoscopy biopsy test I would really appreciate cuz I’m scared AF to take it!! by @anjelica
