To My Daughter

There’s a special place in my heart only reserved for you. A place where I store all our precious memories. These years have been so precious, but oh how quickly they passed. Now you stand before me no longer a child, but a beautiful young woman. As I look at you, I am filled with pride and so much joy for the smart, bold, and kind person you’ve become. As your mother, I promise you that I will always be in one of three places:
In front of you to cheer you on, behind you to have your back, or next to you so you’re never alone. Even though all of this is happening a little too soon, I am grateful beyond words for the happiness which you have brought me. I love you deeply and want to thank you for bringing so much joy and laughter into my life! Always us , now and forever and even in the after life.

19 years around the sun. 19 years of loving you . 19 years of you keeping your mommy on her toes . 19 years of constant worry of if I’m doing it right. 19 years of me reminding you just how smart , funny and beautiful you are. 19 years of me praying over you and thanking God for blessing me with the honor of being your mommy. 19 years of me breaking my own heart for yours. 19 years of us weathering any and every storm TOGETHER! 19 years of me telling you you were made in love and you come from love and just how hard I worked for you to get here 🤣 (you hate to hear it but it’s true). 19 years of me thanking God for our village every day!
