Nivel: Medio ⭐️⭐️⭐️

🎥 En este Reel te explico cómo lograr un Pop-Up perfecto en 4 pasos clave:

✅ Paso 1: Posición correcta en la tabla: Alinea tu pecho con el stringer y mantén la tabla nivelada.
✅ Paso 2: Extiende tus brazos con fuerza y mantén la mirada al frente. ¡Nada de agarrarte de los cantos!
✅ Paso 3: Coloca tu pie trasero justo sobre las quillas para mayor estabilidad.
✅ Paso 4: Avanza tu pie delantero entre tus manos con control.

Cada semana nos juntamos para entrenar, aprender y pasarlo bien💪

En estas sesiones construimos las Bases de un cuerpo fuerte, funcional y preparado para cualquier deporte de acción.

Trabajamos:
⚡️ Fuerza
⚡️ Movilidad
⚡️ Estabilidad
⚡️ Coordinación
⚡️ Potencia
⚡️ Control corporal

Entrenar en un parque de barras en la Playa es una de las mejores formas de construir un cuerpo fuerte, funcional y atlético usando el mínimo material.

Pero lo mejor de todo no fue el entrenamiento...

Fue compartir la sesión con muchas ganas de mejorar, reírnos, jugar un voleibol en la playa y terminar con un chapuzón en el mar. 🌊☀️
