Forever grateful 🫶🏽 Everything is ‘cringe’ until it works - then people ask you ‘how?’ 💭

An athlete won’t judge you for working out.  A coach won’t judge you for taking the first step.
A millionaire won’t judge you for starting a business.
A musician won’t judge you for practicing.
A creator won’t judge you for posting.

If you have something you can’t go a day without thinking about whether it’s your fitness journey, running a business, sharing content on something you are passionate about - don’t let the voices of others stop you from living YOUR life ✨ People will always have something to say but that is none of your business, just as your life is none of their business 💯

I had such a special few days with Dad 🫶🏽 His first time meeting his granddaughter and he is smitten 🥰 I loved watching him read to Lyla, play piano, push the pram and her learning to trust him with smiles when she saw him 🥹 As I get older I’m reminded daily how important it is to show & tell those around you that you love them 🫶🏽 So many emotions arise when you become a mum - like realising as Dad watched me with Lyla, I was once his baby 😭 and one day Lyla will be grown up too 🌸
