A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined myself and Lourdes on Friday evening for such a beautiful Sound Bath 🤍

Together we took time to slow down, soften and simply listen. Held by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, chimes and voice, the space became an invitation to rest, release and reconnect.

We hope you left feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and deeply nourished by the evening.
