So i been really enjoying shooting with Kodak Ektarcolor Pro 400 lately hehe 🫶 and it has become my go to film stock for everyday shooting because of its fine grain and vibrant colors~

I also love how it renders yellows and greens, with that punchy saturation that just makes everything pop which shows up a lot in my photos. From my experiment, daylight is definitely where it shines the most, but I also got surprised at how well it holds up in low light too. It gives a pretty neutral tone overall, which makes it super versatile (for example the first few shots were actually taken indoors without flash hehe)

Controversial take tho but I think it’s reasonably priced for a premium film lol pls DONT COME FOR ME 😭

A collaboration with Cabramatta’s most iconic cafe @seekercafe , a space known for its carefully crafted coffees, premium matchas, and everyday ritual done right.

As someone who genuinely runs on both coffee and matcha, this one felt effortless. More than just a collaboration, it’s about building moments people can step into, not just pieces they wear.

The piece itself is built on our signature R1 jersey silhouette, reimagined as a canvas. Co-branded with the Seeker identity layered over the R1 framework, it represents two worlds meeting in one clean execution.

The back is brought to life by the incredibly talented @ann2nook (Phong Anh Thu Nguyen) whose illustration captures the essence of Seeker through a detailed, expressive visual language translating atmosphere into artwork.

Matcha, coffee, fashion, music, it all comes together this Sunday, July 12 (11AM–2PM) at the @seekercafe x @blendtheory____ event.

Shooting on Cinestill 800T was such a fun lil experiment 🫶

I love how it gives that glowy red halo around lights — especially at night with all the street lamps and neon. It definitely reacts better under artificial lighting, which is why most of my photos were shot after dark.

Also the colours??? so cinematic for no reason 😭 cool blue tones + warm highlights if you get what I mean hehe XD but now Im also curious how it would look in daylight… might have to try 👀💅

So I had my first art exhibition in Sydney… and I sold both my artworks?? Is this even real 😭

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, even briefly, to look at my work and show support — it means more than I can put into words as an independent artist.

Big thank you to Jess @platform.presents for hosting such a beautiful event and creating such a safe space for artists in Sydney to gather. It truly felt like a “family gathering” 🥺😭.

Last year I attended this same exhibition as the only Sydney-based artist in NARM, so staying this year and seeing it here, surrounded by familiar and new faces, honestly made my heart so full and i dont event know how to put it into words TT so i hope you enjoy my little carousel here hehehehehee

Introducing Phung Anh Thu Nguyen to our Asian Heritage Week Eora line up who is presenting two illustrations that reflects a quiet love for coffee through the act of gathering, shaped by the artist’s experience between Vietnamese and Australian cultures. ꨄ︎

Phung Anh Thu Nguyen is a Sydney-based illustrator creating cute, playful works inspired by the small moments of everyday life. Drawing from coffee culture and her Vietnamese heritage, her illustrations explore themes of connection, mindfulness, and self-expression. Having lived in Australia for the past eight years, she is inspired by the quiet rhythms of daily routines and the beauty of being present. Outside of drawing, she enjoys café and matcha hopping, as well as shooting on film, both of which continue to shape her creative practice.
