Starting THIS Tuesday, Adv Release Based Contemporary is at a new time!

Advanced Release Based Contemporary
Tuesdays, 11:00-12:30pm
with @anna.caff

$16 pro rate, $19 drop in

therootedspace.com/sign-up

This 90-minute class is rooted in release technique and floorwork with an emphasis on dynamic range. We’ll explore momentum, counterbalance, and sequential movement pathways — playing with shifts in speed, weight, and effort to combine physical storytelling with technical practice. We’ll also use improvisational scores to investigate sensation and flow.
