✨ IYKYK 😏

I’m not anti-wellness —
I’m anti-performative “clean girl” consumerism that forgets water is literally the source code. 💧

I’ve made a few pivots in my life —
and realizing that the real flex is what comes out of your tap?
That was one of them.

Whisper it with me…
Kangen. 🌀

Feeling disconnected from your Reiki practice? Try this quick energy-boosting hand placement sequence! ⚡️✨

Let's start by clearing our space, then sweeping our auras, and then setting our intention in Gassho. Always do the things to set the tone for our self-practice.

1️⃣ Crown Chakra – Open to Reiki energy.
2️⃣ Heart Chakra – Reconnect emotionally.
3️⃣ Solar Plexus – Boost confidence & motivation.
4️⃣ Lower Dan Tien – Ground and stabilize.

Even 5 minutes of self-practice can reset your energy and deepen your connection. Give it a try and comment 'Reconnected' if you feel the shift! ⬇️

Journaling isn’t just about answering prompts—it’s about reflecting on what came up after you wrote them. If you tried the journal prompts but still feel stuck, here’s what to do next:

✨ Notice what emotions came up—what’s your body telling you?
✨ Did you resist any prompts? That’s a clue to dig deeper.
✨ Write a letter to your future self—what shift do you desire?
✨ End with gratitude—what’s one thing you’re proud of today?

Your journal is a mirror. Keep going, and you’ll see what you need.

Comment "breakthrough" if something came up for you ✨️ by @anna.miraxo

For far too long I resisted the call to practice yoga.. when I finally did I knew I was giving my soul what she craved. My mat has allowed the commune of my physical body with my spiritual, emotional, and energetic body.
