The seeds teach us that we are never distant from truth/knowledge - it is contained also within us
Fruit remind us that our identity is meant to be transformed within time

Growth isn’t a singular process but an endless path

🕊 Flying Crow Pose

1. Inhale — Bend one knee and place the part just above the ankle on the thigh of the other leg.
This creates a figure 4 shape—the symbol of The Hanged Man in the Tarot.
The Hanged Man represents a sacred pause: a moment of surrender, where we stop resisting life and allow a deeper truth to emerge. It invites us to shift perspective, release control, and trust that transformation is unfolding beneath the surface.

2. Exhale — Place both hands gently on the ground.
We reach for connection—with the Earth, with greater forces, with what holds us.

3. Inhale — Bend the elbows, rest your shin on them, and engage your core.
Gently lift the other leg as much as you like.
The more rooted your hands and heart are in trust, the more naturally you rise.
When your connection to Source is clear, flight becomes effortless.

4. Exhale — Lower both feet softly back to the ground and rest.
Let your whole being feel the imprint of this sacred shape:
Surrender. Strength. Support.
The Crow teaches us to see clearly, fly lightly, and walk with wisdom.

From the transmission of the 48th Gene Key by Richard Rudd.

If you are holding unresolved questions in life right now, remember that all answers begin within the darkness. Life is the unfolding of one answers at a time. When we structure our life around Truth, our mind clams down into it’s natural rhythm.

Our questions are important, they deserve time and attention.

May we all embrace the strength to abide in our Holy Grail.

Earth is already there.

A profound shift in consciousness has taken place—a new level of union has been established. Katya has shared that since 7.10, the new Angel team has been moving through their Karma, and as of today, their work is complete. We are now entering a phase of completion, where we are being guided toward new opportunities for justice, understanding, and positive transformation.

In particular, our personal relationships are receiving an upgrade, as the Angels now carry a new code to share with us.

For those who are new to spiritual communication, remember: trust in Divine timing. We connect with our Angels through the Word—whether spoken aloud or held within, it carries the same power as prayer.

True Yoga is rooted in intention and devotion. When we unite body, breath, and awareness on the mat, we prepare ourselves for the deeper, multidimensional conversations we are meant to have in life.

With this shift, now is the time to begin or deepen your spiritual communication.

Affirmation:
“I choose to stay open. To speak my truth rather than hold it within. To follow the unfolding path of life with curiosity and trust. To embrace new perspectives and witness the miracles that await me.” by @anna__ivanov

Katerina Tavgen

Katya was one of my first friends in high school.
On October 7th, she transitioned to another dimension.
Since then, creation has been connecting us across realms,
and we have the privilege of healing together.

There were unresolved matters between us in the past,
but we managed to work through them and forgive each other.

Last night, we connected again and simply shared what we see in each other.
Then, the 10 Archetypes of Life came to us, asking to inspire others through them.

The first thing we created was a series of illustrations in Canva.

The Powers of the Archetypes:

✨ Angels – Security
💧 Water Bearers – Wisdom
⚔️ Warriors – Strength
👶 Children – Initiative
🤝 Friends – Friendship
💗 Lovers – Softness
👑 Leaders – Leadership
🎨 Artists – Inner Reflection
🛠️ Technicians – Nurturing
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents – Care

You are welcome to download and print if you resonate,
and create your own perspectives—
to recognize these qualities in yourself and others.

More inspiring ideas coming soon! by @anna__ivanov

2027 marks a profound turning point for humanity and Earth—a time when our collective emotional awareness blossoms like never before. The healing, self-reflection, and heart-opening work so many are doing now is creating a wave of deeper connection, authenticity, and love. We are remembering how to truly feel, express, and create from the soul. My younger self would be in awe of this unfolding reality. Every day, I wake up grateful to witness this shift, to be part of a world awakening to its own light, and to walk this journey with so many beautiful souls. by @anna__ivanov
