Hard to complain when the soundtrack of the last weeks looked like this…

The past few weeks felt like a fever dream. Ibiza sunsets, Hamburg days, Berlin nights, loud music, soft moments, a little heartbreak and a lot of new core memories.
Some parts hurt, some parts healed. Somehow, I’m still grateful for all of it — every high, every low, every version of me that existed in between. taken in Ibiza, Spain by @anna_alf_

Eine Woche am Meer 🌊💙

Freitagnacht ging’s solo los- Ziel: Caños de Meca, spanisches Festland.
Geplant: eine Woche surfen ( was auch sonst?!)

Mother Nature hatte allerdings andere Vorstellungen. Das Meer spiegelglatt, die Sandbänke vom Sturm die letzen Wochen weggespült. Aber immerhin waren zweieinhalb Tage surfen drin. Stattdessen stand viel Yoga auf dem Programm. Mein erstes Mal Yin Yoga. 90 Minuten still sein, atmen um mit sich allein sein. Gar nicht so leicht wie es sich anhört. Dazwischen: ein paar Runs, gute Gespräche, viele Wizard Games mit der Truppe, verdammt viel essen und entspannte Strandtage.

Ein kleines Abenteuer, das große Spuren im Herzen hinterlässt. 🌊 taken in Los Caños de Meca, Cádiz by @anna_alf_
