European 10k champs – personal statements📝 1. ✅Proud to be competing in the Danish vest again – despite being far from my best. 2. ✅Tremendous trip with top teammates. 3. ✅Great event - great atmosphere out there. 4. ❌Physical, but even bigger mental challenge. 5. ❌Felt like a sack of spuds from start to finish. 6. ❌Failed to find the right finish line…🫠 7. ✅However, body held up - and that’s a win right now. 📷: @runeclausen by @anna_e_moller

Eremitageløbet 2024🏃🏼‍♀️☀️ Not Paris, And a place (yet) not visited by Kamala Harris,🤷🏼‍♀️🇪🇺 But a race beyond the level of Ben & Jerry’s.🍨 Nice to be back in the blue vest,🎽 Racing with the lion logo on my chest.🦁 Shaking off the dust from the ‘clothing nest’,🪹 Putting my current endurance to a huge test.🥵 Against great colleagues in front of the best crowd,🤗 Cheering us on over hills and about, In Dyrehaven during the 55th round.😮 Happy anniversary🥳 @eremitagelob by @anna_e_moller

Euro Cross coming up.🇪🇺 Sadly gonna miss another one.. Goddamn..😤 Had to deal with a calf niggle post camp…🙄 Another bump on the way.⛰️ It’s never gonna be easy, they say.🤷🏼‍♀️ Currently in a mental state, of an inner debate,🧠🤓 Sort of tryin’ to accept, that my body keeps believing it’s in debt,💸 that my nervous tissue,⚡️ is constantly on the hunt for another issue…👀 But hey, atm there’s progression,📈 session by session.💪🏻 Not training hard (and sensible😉) for any reason! Preppin’ for a big summer season.🙌🏻☀️ Putting in the daily effort,🔥 For one day to return to breakin’ records.☄️ Moller✍🏻 by @anna_e_moller

Friday = weekly swim day🏊🏻‍♀️ The pool view up here is quite nice⛰️🌲 Makes the swim slightly comparable to a scenic run in contrast to the standard boring pool floor view🥱 by @anna_e_moller
