for me the mediterranean has an unfair advantage over the rest of the seas.

lake como is 410 - 425 m deep. its surface is only about 200 m above sea level, which means the bottom reaches roughly 210 m below it.

so you can literally be standing beside an alpine lake whose bottom is lower than the mediterranean sea. crazy!

côte d’azur, the way I’ll remember it.

freezing november mornings, sunny afternoons that felt personally sponsored by the universe, rainy night walks with ice cream in our hands like we had zero survival instincts, and long conversations on those tiny blue coast chairs that were uncomfortable and therapeutic at the same time.

in the end, the world will sort itself out, and none of us will be here to prove it wrong.

meanwhile, i’m at étretat, standing above these cliffs, massive, quiet, completely unbothered. and somehow that feels like a reset i actually needed.

i cried because it hit me all at once. my brain went offline for a second because it couldn’t handle that much beauty.

it’s such a privilege to be this emotional and feel something this unreal, to feel everything, everything, everything in its most colorful way. i can’t even say it perfectly.

the universe is huge, i’m not. and somehow i’m here on planet earth, getting the chance to watch it all up close. taken in Etretat, Normadie by @anna_spacey

careless days and blissed-out nights. memories of road trips and night swims, tan lines and sunny days. sleep ins, the sand beneath our toes, faded photographs, hugs. breathtaking views, easy beats and endless sunsets. this is all about Mallorca!
