I wrote this letter in therapy back in March, when I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel whole again. I couldn’t imagine being my old self, let alone becoming someone stronger.

But today, on what was meant to be a due date, I feel nothing but gratitude. Gratitude for the lessons, the resilience I didn’t know I had, and the joy that has slowly, steadily returned.

I didn’t just come back — I grew. I’ve become a version of myself I never thought possible: more grounded, more loving, more alive.
