USE! YOUR! GIFTS!

Last Saturday I gave a whole presentation on how to identify, and use your gifts to cultivate deep inner happiness.

Ironically, last week was also the hardest week mentally — specifically with self sabotage & mindset.

Where we feel called is often the place that we fear the most, because we care about it the most.

Keep good friends close, know you’ll feel fear, and go there anyway 🤍

LAST WEEK LINEUP
Sun: Breathe event lead by @bethanydurst , a collab between @femmefatale.hq + @urby
Wed: Career day at Cesar Chavez Elementary 🤍
Thurs: Dance event lead by @brooke_dfw, a collab between @femmefatale.hq + @urby
Sat: Speaking at Rise + Thrive, an inspiring event hosted by @paragonconsulting and @queencavo at @galaxytheatresgrandscape

I am so proud and grateful for everyone who stepped out this week to inspire others and cultivate such intentional experiences. 🙏

Happy birthday to my beautiful sister, @saragbarringer 🤍

From being the goofy 2 year old running around with a bucket on your head, to the annoying 3 year old that bit me and gave me the “snake bite” on my belly 🐍, to the goofy teenager who became adopted as the little sister of my friend group, to the intelligent, talented, statuesque, all around impressive & inspiring woman you are today… Being your big sister and growing with you is the deepest joy in my life.

I love you and I promise to always have your back & to be your biggest fan forever. You will always be my sunshine & you’ll never know dear how much I like you 🌻
