Tuscany vibes 🤌🏻🇮🇹

Rome they don’t show you on postcards 🏛️

Everyone is used to the perfect, polished version of this city. But the real Rome is different. It’s loud, chaotic, slightly gritty, and incredibly alive.
It’s where laundry hangs over narrow alleys and the best pizza is found in tiny, no-name spots for locals only.
Rome without filters doesn’t try to please anyone. And that’s exactly where its magic hides.

Rome they don’t show you in travel guides 🇮🇹
On postcards: flawless architecture, majestic Vatican, and pure elegance. In reality: +45°C in the shade, melting asphalt, and a chaotic rhythm where scooters cut you off at every turn.
But this is the real Rome. Loud, messy, unfiltered, and incredibly alive. It doesn’t try to impress anyone, and that wild imperfections are exactly where the magic happens.

Moje top 3 dla promiennej skóry ✨

Ostatnio mocno pilnuję tych prostych kroków i widzę ogromną różnicę.

Warsaw lately.

They say it takes three years for a city to truly open up to you. For me, that’s exactly how long it took to stop running and just start… rolling.

I’ve spent the last few weeks on my skates. It’s not about fitness; it’s a new kind of meditation. Even though I live outside the city, I make the trip to the center just for that feeling of weaving through the streets with 2000s tracks in my ears.

Over these three years, I’ve realized that my comfort lies in the balance between being active and staying soft. I can build a house, be a mom, and handle a million things, but these "small moments" - coffee on the go, the evening light on old facades, and the sound of my skates - are what truly fuel me.

Huge thanks to @bogdanca_ for helping me find the perfect fit @frskates and size. It makes a world of difference when you’re skating for hours.

I’m currently in a phase of contrasts. Active walks with my pinscher, balanced with blueprints and building my house. I’ll be diving into furniture and interiors soon, so expect some "raw walls" aesthetic here.

Favorite skating spots:

- Vistula Boulevards - smooth pavement, but gets crowded.

- Pole Mokotowskie - lots of space and shade, great for dog owners.

- Powiśle - just for the vibe of the old streets.

Decided it’s time to document it all here. The house, the sport, and the daily routine.

Sometimes, active lifestyle is not about intense gym workouts or achieving big sport goals. For me, it’s about a simple ritual that helps to turn off my mind after a long day.

When you move to a new country and start building your life from scratch, your head is constantly full of tasks, documents, and endless plans. By the evening, you just feel completely drained. For me, the best way to clear my head is not watching Netflix, but something active - going for a run, a long walk, or getting on my rollerblades.

I’ve been waiting for this package. These are my new FR Neo 2 freeskates, and they look beautiful. Minimal design, rigid shell, and incredible speed. But let’s be honest - they are definitely not for beginners. If you don’t know how to handle the speed or how to brake properly, they can be tough. But once you get the feeling, it’s the best thing ever.

Now, my favorite routine is a quick evening ride right after work. No phone, no thoughts about anything, just the speed and the wind. 🌲

One hour of absolute silence. 🎧🤍
In a world that moves too fast, this time on the mat becomes a space for complete balance. A moment to disconnect from the noise, slow down the breath, and focus entirely on present movement.
Pilates isn’t just a workout. It’s an art of building strength, flexibility, and steady energy that stays with you long after the practice is over.

We never really grow up as long as we can run around theme parks, laugh without a reason, and share a ton of French fries.🍟

Spending the day on Yana’s schedule. Happy Children’s Day.🎈

Finally starting our biggest project.

We’ve lived in different countries and big cities, but decided to build our home here. It’s a quiet place in the forest near Warsaw, right by the lake. Exactly what I needed for my yoga, sports, family, and walks with my dog.

For now, it’s just brick walls and no windows. I’m going to share the whole process honestly - the actual costs in Poland, documents, and design ideas.

Follow along to see how we build it. 🌲
