In the process 🌸🐝🧚🏽✨ by @annacherian_
A few weekends ago I was invited to moderate the @das_elektra fun comp in partnership with @arcteryxdach in Berlin 🫶🏽💖⚡️ It was so heartwarming to be a part of the staff for this competition. Seeing Elektra soft launch their first climbing competition, having friends come out to take part, and observing route setters I’ve gotten to know and admire over the years set the boulders for the climbers all felt full circle in my journey of living in this city. It’s taken stepping away from Berlin for a few months for me to recognize and appreciate everything that makes this city’s culture and climbing community so unique. There is so much creative energy and concept that goes into the Berlin climbing scenes and gym spaces. I think the @arcteryxdach team also has a knack for finding the right gyms and organizers to collaborate with. 💓 Wrapping up my time as the Arc’teryx DACH brand ambassador with this final project has been a blast, thank you for trusting and believing in me as well as all of the opportunity that has followed! 🫶🏽🌟 📸 @vic.harster by @annacherian_

- The second stop of our Arc’teryx Alpine Academy photo exhibition was Berlin: last week we exhibited @linajakobi‘s photographs in our store in Mitte, showcasing @annacherian_‘s adventures at the @arcteryxacademy in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Thanks to everyone listening to our stories from the mountains, to @0800naturescalling for the drinks and to @abiba.afani for the tunes. 📷: @hannahnas #arcteryxdach by @annacherian_
Turned 29 yesterday ✨🎂 And thought quite a bit about the year. Stepping out of my comfort zone over and over again to ultimately experinece a lot of giving and receiving. Trying new things out, seeing what sticks, and finding escapes that feel comforting and accepting. So many moments this year of being asked to step up as a leader or into a role when I feel anything but qualified 🫠 Hoping the next year brings more stability, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned to expect, it’s change. I’m finding ways to embrace change with humor and acceptance. Feeling very sentimental today, so thank you everyone who has supported me so much in the last year ❤️❤️ I rounded up some of my favorite moments of the last year, that felt big and monumental, that forced me out of my comfort zone, or that was exactly within the bounds of what I can do and enabled me to thrive. I’m pretty proud of everything I threw myself at last year! But also ready to take it easy for a bit and find a better balance … 😴 1 - last moments of 28 2 - the whole ice climbing bit 😉 @arcteryxacademy 3 - running an ultra marathon relay with 5 other lovely ladies 4 - Paris with @ilovetochillonsundays 5- print of me ❤️ 6 - tried a half marathon and got a PB (but don’t think I’m super into PB chasing) 7 - started @kilterboardclub 8 - got kinda good at knitting balaclavas ? 9 - 11 - hosted a climb night at BK and all my homies pulled up ❤️ 12 - hosted a data privacy discussion with @birgittekofodolsen 13 - competed in the professional category at a climbing comp in Paris with @kyrasilitch 14 - 15 shot a short climbing video with @willbrunker and @andrepdupuis 16 - started knitting dresses 17 - designed my first (and not last) flinta* collective climbing poster 18 - mentored climbers at the @womensbouldering festival 19 - laughed heaps with @ilovetochillonsundays and @andersschans in the US 20 - tried working with glass 🔮 by @annacherian_
