If you know, you feel it.
A quiet choreography of texture, space, and restraint—Loro Piana’s installation at MAP Shanghai is a soft-spoken marvel.

“What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.” But everything that grows in the desert has an inner resilience that I admire. It possesses the elegance of the essential and an inspiring relationship with light. 🌍 The Abrahamic Family House is more than a place of worship—it’s a global symbol of unity, understanding, and hope. In a world often divided by differences, this remarkable space reminds us of what ties us together: our shared humanity.

✨ Designed by Sir David Adjaye, the mosque, church, and synagogue stand side by side, honoring the spiritual identities of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism while fostering respect and dialogue. The garden, with its symbolic olive, ghaf, and date palm trees, reflects peace, resilience, and hospitality—values more crucial today than ever before.

🤝 Let’s celebrate the power of culture, connection, and harmony to build a better future for all.

Today I learned so many new things about myself: I’m more Portuguese than Italian, connecting all extremes of Mediterranean from Spain to Lebanon, but especially more 🇧🇷 indígena than from Piedmont. Not surprisingly I never felt at home there. #dnatest #ancestry #dnaheritageresults #dnatest by @annadato
