Brand values don’t matter! When they are just written down somewhere. Lead by example, live and breathe your values! Showcase them openly; don’t just bury them in some document. Have them easily accessible! Refer back to them often. When discussing decisions, thinking about the future, new features, new hires, team summits or ANYTHING - always refer back to the values and let them be your guide!
