Something about me.. I moved to the US nearly 18 years ago after meeting my wonderful hubby. ❤️
We lived in Bellflower for the majority of the time. We bought our first house together 15 years ago. It was a total fixer upper. Needed lots of love but that’s all these 25 and 28 years old could afford and .. we were so proud of it!! In time we made it ours and added all the fun features, made it a home. From there we starter buying other investments in real estate. I am telling you this because in the past few years I heard so many times “ the market is too high, it isn’t a good time to buy/sell “ .. well .. even if 15 years ago the market was different it was equally overwhelmingly for us the idea of making mortgage payments while having babies and new careers .. but oh boy did it pay off ?!? In the long term it always does .. your house will always increase in value .. your payments will seem so much more manageable and you get to “ find shelter “ in a place that ultimately is your saving account.
Nothing is free in life and you might have to get a smaller, not dreamy home to get in the game .. but you won’t regret getting in the game a few years later when you have equity and you can move toward your dream home goal. 🏡💕

WHO IS YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT ?!?!? And if a random number (not saved on their phone )was calling them would they be able to speak to them. Today I miss landlines and thank you ( NOT ) to Spam callers for ruining it for all of us.
Jokes aside, this adventure made me think how hard is to make contact via phone call these days.. also, I know that IF I WERE ABLE TO TELL THEM .. my people would come rescue me at the end of the earth ❤️ Disclaimer.. I have memorized only 5 phone numbers.. but if I was ever mugged and I didn’t have cash I could say without a doubt “ do you take VISA? Because I know my credit card my heart .. or the routing number of my bank and my Whole Family SSN “ 😂 WHY?!?
Anyway .. now that is all over and I can giggle about it after sweating up and down the road and begging for a charger trying not to give serial killer vibes.. I am ready to go take a shower and go learn more phone numbers 🤯🤯 by @annaftaylor

We made our own silver rings ✨
I’m always looking for fun ways to spend quality time with my people, and this was such a good one. 🤍 We learned how to make our own rings from scratch and walked away with something we’ll actually keep. And everytime I look at my hand I smile.
