Boston dump 🇺🇸

I’d say half of this trip was spent in diners…
Huge portions, endless coffee refills, ridiculously big menus and everyone being super friendly. Americans really do make everything bigger and I’m made for it, haha!

A few more memories from our trip. 🗽

I’m telling you… I can’t believe this is my life.

From living in Spain, to seeing my family in the Netherlands, from traveling to Sweden a month ago, to New York 2 weeks ago.

Being able to visit different countries, work from wherever, and see the coolest and most beautiful places…. The little girl in me is veryyyy excited!

First days in New York – spots we visited:

📍Brooklyn Bridge & Dumbo area

📍Strolling around Downtown Manhattan

Leave it to the Dutchies to find bikes in every city… @citibike 🚲

Some of our favorite skylines: Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Jersey City & Little Island

Concrete jungle views hitting different

Not gonna lie… our trip mostly consisted of eating and coffee stops

🇨🇳 Chinatown was something else… I was sooo impressed by how huge it is. Definitely a must visit!

Every part of the city has its own vibe, and art is everywhere.

Travel tip: don’t only walk or take the subway in NYC. Biking through Central Park, Lower Manhattan, SoHo, Westvillage gives you a completely different experience 😍

The vehicles in the US deserve their own post… even the work trucks look insane compared to what we’re used to in the Netherlands 🇺🇸

We stayed in Downtown Manhattan. Super central!

Little tip: don’t skip Downtown Manhattan. You can easily combine One World Trade, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial and a walk towards Brooklyn Bridge.

& not to forget: Times Square!

It’s just really something different! 😍

A secret speakeasy bar hidden behind an unexpected entrance 🎶

After biking and walking all day, the second best way to get around NYC is definitely the subway! Ⓜ️
