if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or like you’re always playing catch up, this is what’s been helping me reset my days:

✨ wake up earlier
✨ don’t open your phone first thing—read, get up, do anything but scroll
✨ move your body (schedule a workout or even just 30 minutes of walking)
✨ invest in your spiritual health—it overflows into every other area of your life

none of this is new, but once you actually start doing it… you realize it works.

it’s not about being perfect—it’s about creating a morning that actually supports you.

6 days in, and i feel so much more accomplished—and more like myself again.

Does anyone have tips for fixing wrinkled couch fabric? It’s looking a little rough over here 😅

Happy Sunday ✨

Nothing like a fresh reset—tidying up and adding a little self-tanner glow at the same time ☀️

make this spring one you actually remember — 5 local adventures to try ✨

1. U-pick flowers opens next Friday at @rabbitcrestfarms ! Every Friday night starting March 27th, 3-8pm. Such a fun date night or girls night outing! 🌸
2. Outdoor patio dining for brunch at @sobysnewsouthcuisine . I love the biscuits and gravy but can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Brunch is Saturday and Sundays, 11am-2pm.
3. Rent bikes at B Cycle and bike along the Swamp Rabbit Trail! 🚲
4. Enjoy a seasonal matcha at @swamprabbitcafe ! Strawberry is in season right now 🍓 pick up some fresh strawberries as well, they taste incredible!
5. Play tourist at a nearby destination before summer brings in the crowds. Charleston has always been a favorite of mine with spring being the perfect time to go ✨

Explore, make memories, enjoy the warm spring temperatures as nature comes back to life ☀️
Which one will you do first? ✨

being lazy would be the last thing i’d use to describe myself… yet somehow i’ve found myself sleeping in until the last second, working late, and constantly scrambling just to stay afloat.

so here’s the challenge i’m giving myself:

1. wake up at 6am every day
2. move my body every morning + 3 workouts a week
3. spend intentional time in the word before anything else
4. get ahead of my day instead of playing catch up

nothing extreme—just small shifts to build a life that feels calmer, more balanced, and actually sustainable.
if you’ve been feeling off lately too… maybe this is your sign to start with one thing.

day one starts now.
