Moto didn't start that day due to the flat battery but at least I had fun filming this.

P.S. Putting on the suit is no joke. The real struggle is left behind the screen though 🤭🤪 by @annaitisme

Apparently seeing Ferraris, Lambos and yachts back-to-back is just a Thursday on the Côte d’Azur.

Once upon unpacking... 💫 by @annaitisme

Okay, picture this: you walk into a restaurant with no menu – just today’s freshest catch, and prices depend on daily market fluctuations. Sounds unconventional? It's a concept or Pesca, where dining is a theatrical experience with a twist!

Here’s how it goes:
1️⃣ You make a reservation and get a charming sardine can with your table number when you arrive (yes, it's real, and you can take it home!).

2️⃣ Then you're taken to the Theater of Fish. Think of it like a seafood market, but with restaurant vibes. No fixed prices. No set menu. Just today’s best picks, and you choose what you want to eat. They also take your allergies into account.

3️⃣ Next, the Theater of Wine – because a perfect meal deserves a perfect pairing (or not, if you're like me and prefer water).

4️⃣ Finally, you sit back, savor the flavors, and soak in the vibrant vibe. And when it’s time to go, they hand you a complimentary lemon ice cream – the perfect zesty goodbye!

"You don't need a perfect plan. Just the courage to begin"...

...I kept repeating to myself for 4 days before I got my a$s off the couch and solved that hated task 😌

When a nature- and AI-addıct finds a place where those two are intertwined on screens, creating breathtaking landscapes and mesmerizing forms. Stepping inside, I became part of the art, and since then can't get enough exploring endless possibilities of AI tools.

And since then I can't stop thinking about hanging one of such screens in my house 💭

Hidden gem 💎 ✨️ by @annaitisme

My important autumn realization 💡

A while ago, I discovered a balance trainer. I climbed on it for the first time and, while barely standing on two feet, I was bubbling in excitement that it'd be so cool to be able to do single-leg deadlift on it 🗯

Every next session, I was making progress:
🔸️ stood confidently on two legs but needed support when standing on one;
🔸️ could squat and stand on one leg for a short time;
🔸️ balanced rather confidently on one leg while doing slight movements with the other one;
🔸️ could do various movements with one leg standing on another one and squat with a kettlebell;
🔸️ did two-leg deadlift.

Even though the progress was significant, there was that bothering thought in the background: "It's still not single-leg deadlift" 😒 Regardless of all the improvements, I didn't feel happy about the result because it wasn't THAT yet.

Lukily (not luckily, actually, - it's a hard work), I have a super skill of self-reflection and to see analogies in different situations.

I realized that it was a brilliant example of my behavior in other situations, especially professional development: whenever I set a big goal, I wasn't satisfied with any interim result, and I was hard to myself until I got the final result. But the thing is that you can't get from point A to point B until you pass the in between points A1, A2, ... - as many as needed.

Every mini-result achieved becomes a basis for the next one to be built upon. Instead of grumbling that it's not that desired result yet, I'm learning to appreciate and celebrate every step, which brings me closer to a greater one 🎯 by @annaitisme

That was definitely the word of the day!

I remember being so touched by the numerous pictures and videos of alpacas from the farms in South America but I could never guess I'd get an alpaca experience way closer.

Imagine sipping your favorite tea or coffee while indulging in delectable pastries, all while 12 charming alpacas surround you. These curious cuties come right up to your table, eagerly anticipating the delicious treats you offer. As they nibble away, you can't help but resist the urge to give them a gentle hug—it's almost impossible! Such alpaca-therapy awaits you at @alpacagreenhouse.

🌟 Did you know?
Alpacas thrive on social connections, making them herd animals. A lonely alpaca can suffer from constant stress and sadness, affecting its well-being.

🌬️ Spitting, a unique alpaca behavior!
While they usually don't spit on humans, they can send a warning shot or even a full-blown spit, complete with acidic stomach contents, when annoyed, threatened, or in a food fight! Ever heard of the "spit test"?

🌞 Nature's timing is perfect.
Female alpacas usually give birth in the morning or daytime. With their short tongues, they can't lick their babies, so giving a birth during a day ensures the cria dries under the sun before the night chill sets in.

🌺 Alpacas are incredibly tidy.
They use a communal litter box for their toileting needs or instinctively create one if not provided. So, no worries, they don't stink!

The place, where people build viaducts (so called "ecoducts") for wild animals so that they could cross the highway 💚 by @annaitisme

Life is bringing some nice turnings ✨️

As a kid, I was crazy about climbing any vertical bar whether it'd be a column, a pillar or even a traffic light 🚦 (yes, I did climb it cause how else could I entertain myself waiting for the green light?).

Perhaps, that attraction to verticals has been embedded somewhere deep inside my DNA 🧬 - that's the only explanation I can find to feeling so much happiness when twirling on it after 20+ years.

Love from the first spin 💃💞
