✨ Meet The Team: Anna✨

We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Anna Schmidt! She joined us this past summer and has been an absolute rockstar. She jumped right into every task with grace and confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Anna is a Montana native, born and raised right here in the beautiful Flathead Valley. She studied Biology and Psychology at Washington State University, then went on to work in outpatient physical therapy before becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach in the Pacific Northwest.

After several years away, Anna made her way back to Whitefish last year—and couldn’t be happier to be home! With a strong passion for movement and health, she loves anything outdoors, from skiing and ice skating to taking her golden retriever, Gunther, for walks.

When she’s not helping others feel their best, you’ll likely find Anna in the gym training as a competitive bodybuilder. Her background and passion for fitness make her a great addition to our team, and we’re so excited to have her here!
