My father passed away on April 8th. It’s been very difficult to talk about and share, but today I thought I’d share my eulogy.

Thank you so much friends and family for your countless acts of support since his stroke in February.

Happy Father’s Day Mike! We love you to the moon and back. Thank you for helping us get through the hardest 6 months of my life. Thank you for working hard, and giving so much. Thank you for leading by example.

Thanks for being Dad.

Well, Wiener Wednesday had a good run… but it’s getting cold out, so we’re officially shifting into soup mode.

Starting this week, Wednesdays are for soup! Come in from the cold and warm up with a bowl of housemade goodness — we’ll be switching up the soups every week — plus a hunk of Mama Jan’s cornbread, from @annaokidoki family recipe. taken in The Community Tap by @annaokidoki

Seeing this beautiful man rest may be my favorite sight… because he deserves it more than anyone I know.

Always working, giving time and energy to others, building and maintaining our home and our lives.

In case you haven’t heard me BRAG about this yet 🌭 - We’ve started doing Hot Dogs at the North Main Tap most every Wednesday…. they’re super creative (Banana Hammock Dessert Dog, My Big Fat Greek Wiener, Nacho Average Wiener, ++) and might I add freaking delicious. We even have carrot dogs! 🥕 A recipe to which i have dedicated hours of testing. ⏲️

Rumor has it they even rival @residentdinergvl 🤯 Our muse. Our mentor. The undisputed Wiener Whisperer, Meredith.

My dearest @avacatherine97 is in the kitchen tonight slinging wiens as Mike and I prepare for the biggest event of the year - - and I hope you guys come check it out tonight or another WW. 🤤

What do you like on your wiener?!?!?! Now taking creative suggestions!!!! by @annaokidoki

I can’t believe this guy turned 13. He makes us laugh every day. I mean, LAUGH HARD. He is grateful for the little things - home-cooking, old computers to take apart, 90s music and movies, and handshakes with everyone at @communitytap. Judle, you’re the GOAT. It’s heartbreaking to watch our baby to grow in to manhood but we can’t wait to watch what you do in this world.
